I have completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology (CGPA 3.94/4.0) from Christ (Deemed to be University). I have served as a Tele-counsellor with the Government of Karnataka Covid19 Mental Health Helpline. Additionally, I have been trained in Telecounselling by the Medico Pastoral Association, Bengaluru. I have previous experience and training when it comes to online counselling and have provided CBT, DBT, MBCT and De-addiction counselling to clients over several internships.
